The website

The pages on zeroupp.com describe ZeroUpp, our services, and products that are still in development. Sending an inquiry does not create a contract. Project work begins only when both sides agree in a separate written agreement.

Products in development

Product pages describe work that is coming soon. Names, scope, and timing can change before anything is released.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content through the contact form.

Intellectual property

The ZeroUpp name, logo, and site content belong to ZeroUpp unless stated otherwise. You may not copy the brand or site for your own commercial use without permission.

No warranty

The website is provided as a source of company information. We work to keep it accurate, and we can update it at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ZeroUpp is not liable for damages arising from use of this informational website. Client projects are governed by their own agreements.
